If this is your first time using the AMI Music mobile App, touch the Account icon at the bottom-right corner of the screen to get started. Here you can create an account one of two ways:
Please note that when creating an account, a username will be created for you. To change this, go to Account > Account Settings > User Profile > and tap the Username field. Here you can change your username to one of your liking. Select Done, then press Save in the top-right corner of the screen. You will need to confirm the change by selecting Continue.
To check-in to a location, click on Play Music icon in the bottom-left of your screen. A list of nearby locations with AMI music devices will automatically populate. (Please note that your location services need to be enabled in your phone’s settings.) From here, you also can access your recently visited locations and locations you marked as a Favorite. Still not finding your location? Use the search option by entering a city, state or zip code, or by entering all or part of the location name. Once you’ve found your location, simply tap it to check in.
If you tap a location and receive a message saying the venue is offline, please notify the venue’s staff as there is most likely an issue with the Internet service at the location, or the location is not enabled for mobile use.
To add a location to your favorites, simply tap the heart icon to the right of the location name and address. Tap the heart icon again to remove the location from your favorites.
(Note: You must be checked in at a location to redeem a promo code)

The AMI Music app’s account is a portable source of funds that you can use to play music on any compatible AMI Music device (jukebox or media player).
To add funds to your account, tap the Add Funds icon at the bottom of the screen. You’ll first need to provide your payment method. If using a credit card, please fill in the required fields. Your credit card information can be stored securely for future use. Once all fields are complete, click the Add button at the top-right corner of the screen. If using Apple Pay XXXX . Once your payment method is provided, select the amount of funds you’d like to add to your account, then tap the Add Funds button. The funds never expire and go wherever you do.
Funds will be converted and displayed as credits once you’re checked in at a location. The value of a music credit can vary between venues.
Please note that AMI Music has separate wallets for U.S. and Canadian currency, and the funds are non-transferrable and only valid at locations in their respective countries – if you have funds in your Canadian app wallet and want to use a jukebox in the U.S., you’ll need to load funds into your U.S. wallet, and vice versa.
If you experience any problems with your account funds or credit card transactions, please notify us ASAP at appsupport@amientertainment.com and our support team will assist you. We’re committed to ensuring a good experience for our customers and will be happy to assist however we can.
Bonus credits are not included up front. Locations incentivize its guests to purchase more credits at once by giving them a few extra credits as a bonus for inserting $5, $10 or $20 cash into the jukebox.
Because the credits you purchase through AMI Music work differently, allowing you to use them across multiple locations and days, bonus credits are instead rewarded after you choose a location as your current one and begin using your AMI Music credits.
Once you pay for your first song/video, all additional spending that visit is tracked by the jukebox and bonus credits will be awarded accordingly. This system is designed to ensure that an AMI Music user that spends $5, $10 or $20 in credits during his/her visit, in the end, will receive the same number of credits to use as someone that inserted cash into the jukebox.
An exclusive feature for AMI Music app users is to see what songs are coming up next. To View the Queue, check in and an AMI Music. At the top of the page, if there is an active queue, you will see what song is playing now, and to the right will be a blue circle. To view the queue, tap the blue circle, then tap the View the Queue option. Displayed will be what songs/videos are scheduled to play next. Keep in mind that the queue can change if songs/videos are played with priority.
AMI Music is committed to providing the best possible user experience. To help with this, you have the option to flag a location in which the jukebox isn’t working properly, or there is an issue with song playback. To do this, touch the flag icon on the Song Transaction Details screen and choose one of the errors listed.
A Free Play option may be made available if the jukebox location needs to be verified. To redeem your free song, touch the Free Play button and follow the instructions onscreen to scan the QR code.
